The Leadership Platform
Our program is designed with a foundational model with three layers to help leaders activate leadership at personal, private, and public levels. The program’s first layer is focused on assisting leaders in dealing with their fears and the inner psyche of human beings. It provides specific actions for leaders to maximize their effectiveness and offers a journey that can be tailored to individual needs rather than prescribing particular behaviors to adopt.
The second layer, the Performance Management Accelerator, focuses on putting leaders at the center of their organization and providing them with the proper performance metrics to design a well-crafted performance management system. It addresses the negative consequences that can arise from poor design and offers a fully tailored system that helps identify value drivers, evaluate organizational issues, and incorporate innovation to seize high-potential markets.
The third layer, Problem-solving and Decision-making, teaches leaders how to apply a 4-dimensional model and a metapuzzle framework in their leadership journey. It includes leadership affinity mapping, delegating authority, providing guidance, and adopting a solution-focused system-thinking approach. It also helps leaders understand how to analyze the root cause of a problem and how that root cause or its consequences may affect other aspects of the organization in order to make the right decision.
The Big Shift
The Big Shift is a program specifically designed for middle management that focuses on three critical core competencies essential for middle managers to perform their duties within an organization effectively. The program comprises of three interdependent modules that address the following competencies:
1. Leadership: Developing the necessary skills to lead and manage teams effectively.
2. Strategic Management: Understanding and applying strategic thinking to make informed decisions.
3. Influence through speech: Developing the ability to communicate effectively and influence others.
This 8-day program is a practical mix of advanced business and leadership practices, positive psychology, and practical influence techniques. The program is designed to be non-sequential, allowing participants to join at any point. Its chief aim is to help middle management calibres absorb the foundational ideas needed to become the best leader they can be while stimulating their willingness to learn, try new behaviors, and eventually be prepared for the following senior levels.
The Big Leap
The Big Leap is a program designed for senior managers to equip them with practical human and business acumen skills. It is composed of three modules that address the following competencies:
1. Leadership: Developing the skills needed to lead and manage teams effectively.
2. Managing wide-scale change: Understanding and applying strategies for leading and managing organizational change.
3. High-impact negotiation: Developing the ability to negotiate and influence others effectively.
The program is designed to address the two major challenges senior managers face: energy and time management. It is an 8-day program organized over a period of 3 to 6 months. The philosophy behind the program is to provide participants with a practical and easy-to-implement approach to improve their leadership abilities and take a big leap in their careers.

Assessment Centers
Our leadership assessment services utilize cutting-edge tools and methodologies to drive whole-person growth and sustained organizational outcomes. Our assessment centers are standardized evaluations that are built on multiple components, including behavioural simulations, tests, interviews, and other simulations. These components are integrated to provide a multifaceted view of the individual and align with your business strategy.
Our behavioural simulations are designed to replicate real-world scenarios and tasks that a typical leader would face. These simulations include exercises such as inbox management, group discussions, working simulations with direct reports, fact-finding exercises, decision-making problems, formal presentation exercises, and written communication samples. These exercises are tailored to bring out the most appropriate behaviors that are necessary for a specific position and are identified through a job analysis of the targeted role.
Our trained and calibrated assessors evaluate participants’ behaviors and provide a detailed evaluation report. The report includes overall ratings on leadership competencies and specific feedback on actions or behaviors observed. Our assessment center exercises provide in-depth data to make accurate and valid hiring, succession, or development decisions based on who is ready for future roles.
