Our journey started on 15 January 2013. From day one, we had a burning desire to find a unique approach to leadership – an approach offering transformational benefits for any organization yet simple enough for potential leaders to grasp and apply
As we strive to raise our game, we’ve created affiliations with the most respected consultancies and schools of leadership worldwide with the aim of guiding and sparking individuals’ and corporates’ leadership journey in the MENA region.
Over the years, our focus has been on liberating leaders from their emotional & and behavioural chains. In that way, we help them find their own leadership path, unleash their unique presence & and improve their organization’s performance.
Approach To Leadership
Life Compass adopted a new 21st-century way of developing leaders: “Integrated Psychology Leadership” IPL. This breakthrough approach integrates the strengths of older theories while allowing leaders to express their unique presence and learn new skills as they grow in their roles.
The IPL is a unique leadership theory first discussed by James Scouller in his masterpiece Book (The Three levels of leadership ) since 2011, Life Compass & the Scouller partnership have impacted over 20 large organizations and more than 10,000 leaders in several big corporations in fields like Banking, FMCG, Real Estate and Telecommunications. Along the way, we have grasped a new approach to leadership. That’s why we’re now known as “The leadership company”.
Founder
- Hassan A. Guleil is the founder and CEO of Life Compass
- He is a seasoned leadership & positive psychology coach with 22+ years of experience in business management, strategy, training development, and consultancy
- Hassan is an MBA holder. He studied leadership and strategy at George Washington University
- A Six Sigma Green Belt certified from the American University in Cairo
- He has worked with major multinational corporations such as Xerox and AIG before dedicating himself full-time to Life Compass. He served as General Manager of Delta Insurance
- He is a well-respected Public speaker interested in topics related to Strategy, leadership & leaders’ presence
- He has excelled in both professional consultancy and functional/operational management across a wide range of industries, including consulting firms, training, real estate, banking, advertising, and insurance
